Cookie Policy

What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They help websites remember your preferences, keep you logged in, and understand how people use the site.

How we use cookies

We use cookies for three purposes:

Essential cookies Always on

These are required for the platform to function. They handle your login session, security tokens, and booking state. You cannot opt out of these and continue using the platform.

Examples: Supabase auth session token, CSRF token

Analytics cookies Optional

These help us understand how people use the site — which pages are most visited, where people drop off, and how searches are used. All data is anonymised. We use this to improve the platform.

Examples: Vercel Analytics (anonymised), page view tracking

Functional cookies Optional

These remember your preferences — search location, view settings, filter choices — so you don't have to re-enter them every time.

Examples: Last location, saved search filters

Third-party cookies

Some cookies are set by third-party services we use:

  • Stripe: Used during payment processing to prevent fraud
  • Supabase: Authentication session management

These third parties have their own privacy and cookie policies. We recommend reviewing them directly.

Managing cookies

You can control cookies through your browser settings. Most browsers allow you to:

  • View cookies stored on your device
  • Block some or all cookies
  • Delete cookies when you close your browser

Note: blocking essential cookies will prevent you from logging in or completing bookings.
